As a Tampa wedding photographer, it’s easy to tell when a wedding day will be intentional because every detail is specifically chosen and special to the couple. With Lauren and Billy, it was clear that they had so much intentionality behind their wedding day. Her gorgeous, white, sparkly heels, his black bowtie, their vow books for the ceremony…every piece of the day was curated to fit them.

The wedding party, dressed in elegant black attire, was such a fun group to be around. You could tell they truly loved Lauren and Billy and wanted to celebrate their love properly. One of the moments that stood out the most was when Lauren’s bridesmaids saw her in her gown for the very first time. It was such a beautiful moment of friendship between all of the ladies. Talk about happy tears!

Speaking of tears, isn’t it so sweet when a groom tears up as his bride walks down the aisle? Billy was welling up just seeing Lauren walk towards him, even though they had already seen each other at a first look before the ceremony. But I’ve found that even when couples do a first look before the ceremony, the grooms still get emotional during the ceremony. It’s a big deal seeing your person walk towards you right before you promise forever to one another!
