Romantic Sarasota Engagement Session | Florida Wedding Photographer

Hannah and CJ wanted a romantic Sarasota engagement session and that’s exactly what they got. It was clear from the very start that these two are madly in love. They were so giggly and warm throughout the entire day. Their chemistry jumps through these photos and was so evident during the session. Honestly, take a look at these photos and catch yourself smiling because they are so infectious.

Hannah mentioned that she loved a mix of candidly caught moments and editorial, posed photos so I was able to capture both for them. Engagement sessions with a mix of candid and editorial are my favorite because it makes sessions feel completely effortless. During Hannah and CJ’s session, I was able to give soft direction while focusing mostly on their natural connection and playfulness.

While we ran all around Sarasota, we found so many gorgeous golden hour spots. It was a day full of chasing light, joyous moments, and so much love. This session was such a great reminder that every couple is different and that photos can be simple, unposed, and less concept-heavy.

I’ve found that the key to a successful session is as easy as this: a couple in love who can be present with each other and are ready for a bit of adventure.
